How long does it usually take to fit a bedroom / kitchen / bathroom?

This can differ depending on your door choice as some items take longer to manufacture and some appliances take longer to obtain, but as a rule of thumb it takes between 6 to 8 weeks.*
*This is just an estimate as unpredictable circumstances like COVID19 and material shortages can have an effect on predicted delivery estimates.

Do you offer finance packages?

At Avanti we offer two different finance packages which helps you spread the cost of your new kitchen, bedroom, bathroom or home office project over manageable monthly payments.
Option 1: Buy now pay in 9 months or after the 9 months spread the cost over monthly payments (see terms for full details).
Option 2: Pay nothing for 3 months and then lower monthly repayments over a set term (see terms for full details).

Does the furniture have a guarantee?

Yes, all Avanti furniture comes with a 5-year guarantee which covers against fair wear and tear in accordance with the care and use instructions provided. Although we strive to ensure that every project we complete is done to an extremely high standard and with the greatest of care, there may be times when you need to speak to us about your furniture or appliances. Please be sure to call us your allocated Customer Service manager and they will work closely with you to resolve any issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Will I be kept informed as to the progress of my order?

Once your order is complete you will be allocated a dedicated Customer Service Manager who will be your point of contact every step of the way. Your CSM will stay in close contact to discuss any updates we have and you will be able to contact them if you have and questions or concerns.

Can I change parts of the design if I change my mind?

Throughout the design phase with your designer you will of course have many opportunities to change and tweak the design of your kitchen, bedroom, bathroom or home office as we want to ensure you are completely happy with the end result. Once the initial measurements have been taken and the range decided upon, a 3D visual of your new room will be created and presented to you. At this point you will have the opportunity to finalise your choice of appliances, worktops, door style and layout, this is the point where you will finalise your choice of door styling, layout, colour, worktop and appliance. Up to this point you can simply walk away. From this point onwards we will manufacture your new furniture so any changes may incur further cost to you.

When do I pay for my furniture?

There will be a small deposit to pay at the point you place your order.
If you are paying by bank transfer, debit or credit card or cheque you will need to settle this no later than 14 days before we deliver. If you are using one of our funding options you will sign for your chosen option at the point of delivery.

What is the advantage of having fitted type furniture?

Fitted furniture will maximise every millimetre of your available space, we can even template and fit into awkward spaces like sloping ceilings and under your stairs. Clever use of integrated storage solutions and pull out hanging rails provide easy access and organise your bits and pieces in a way that you won’t get from free standing furniture.

What does fitted furniture mean?

Avanti’s beautiful fitted furniture is bespoke, made to measure in our own West Midland’s factory from your surveyor’s detailed plans, this is precisely fitted by your experienced recommended installer into your room space to the exact details you agree with your designer.

Does fitted furniture add value to your home?

When people are looking to buy a new house, the look and quality of the kitchen and bathroom plays a massive part in their decision making process. Fitted bedroom furniture in your home will definitely make it more saleable.

How is my room measured / do I need to give accurate measurements?

We won’t manufacture any of your furniture until your room and furniture design has been thoroughly checked and re measured by one of our experienced surveyor’s.
