Installation Customer Service Manager
Avanti Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms
- Trading for over 40 years Avanti are a customer focused manufacturer with 6 showrooms in the West Midlands area.
To oversee and project manage fitted furniture installations and ensure they are completed to expected standards.
The successful candidate will:
· Work from Avanti’s head office (DY9 8RD)
· Have experience in the home improvement industry
· Liaise with customers throughout their journey
· Have good communication skills
· Manage lines of communication
· Check and technical review all orders prior to installation
· Ensure all installations comply with appropriate regulations
· Conduct site inspections
· Control all elements of post remedial works
· Control each project from concept through to completion
Salary negotiable based on experience.

Home Improvements Project Manager

- Be able to produce a final technical survey and plan
- Check and technical review all orders
- Ensure all installations comply with appropriate regulations
- Conduct a site inspection
- Control all elements of post remedial works
- Manage lines of communication
- Control each project from concept through to completion

TECHNICAL SURVEYOR
This role requires a technical surveyor to complete a definitive plan of a design by way of a technical survey with precise and accurate measurements. In addition you must provide the technical information that will allow the company to manufacture and supply or install furniture and appliances that adhere to the required statutory regulations.
The successful candidate will:
- Reports to the Senior Customer Service Manager and/or the Installation Director
- produce a final technical survey plan and factory order
- Ensure that all aspects of the final technical drawing are fit for purpose and meets all current day regulations.
- Ensure that the customer is fully aware of the final design and the full contents of the definitive order prior to being processed.
- Obtain specific information or customer requests that may need to be included in the order
- Obtain the customer’s signature on all the relevant paperwork
- Complete a customer confirmation / Survey check form for every order.
Salary negotiable based on experience.
